Our research and development operations are centered around our R&D center in Japan, with overseas locations dedicated to customer support and development assistance. Based on the technological capabilities cultivated in Japan, we have established a global development framework that can meet the diverse needs of the global market.

The organization is comprised of engineers with expertise in specific technical fields and product areas, and working closely with sales, business, and production engineering departments. We incorporate customer requirements and market trends from the early stages of development, creating products that prioritize practicality and reliability.

Furthermore, we comprehensively manage quality, cost, and delivery time through a robust process and review system, from planning of development themes, design to evaluation and mass-production launch. Our research and development center is equipped with various testing and evaluation facilities, supporting reliable product development through verification from the design stage.
