This is for starting engines and charging batteries. As a flywheel, it makes the rotational movement of the engine smooth.
It detects the crank position and outputs an ignition signal.

Since it is a brushless motor directly connected to the engine, it starts quickly, is quiet, and does not wear, making it ideal for start-stop systems.
It can function as both a starter motor and an AC generator, which helps reduce vehicle weight and make the engine smaller.

This is a motorized electric pump that supplies fuel to the injector at the pressure required by the engine.
It outputs the remaining fuel amount (fuel level gauge).

We made it more compacts, reduced the number of parts, and simplified the structure to adapt it for use in motorcycles.
With the in-tank type that is installed in the fuel tank, there are modules for upper installation and lower installation.
An in-line type module that attaches to the fuel pipe outside the fuel tank is also available.
Both brushless and brushed motors are available for pumps.
Standard types support gasoline containing ethanol (0-30 vol%). Variations that support 100% ethanol are also available.
Displacements of 50 cc to 400 cc are possible.

Because it is compact, it is easy to mount in the fuel tank, ensuring tank capacity.
The lower mounting type has a structure that prevents air ingress in the supplied fuel from it sloshing in the tank during sudden vehicle acceleration and deceleration.
The suction filter can be replaced due to clogging from dust in the fuel.

This is a relay for driving starter motors for motorcycles, jet skis, outboard motors, and more.
An actual load current of up to 400 A for inrush and 100 A for steady state can be applied.

The load side can be mounted using M6 bolts (RC19 type).
Direct connector types (both waterproof and non-waterproof) and harness types are available for the coil side.
The direct connector type contains the vehicle main fuse in the relay to make it easier to mount to the vehicle body.
Various rubber brackets for mounting on the vehicle are also available.

This is a DC actuator motor for convenient value-added systems such as for motorcycles and ATVs.

[ Features ]

It is a brushed actuator motor designed according to the basic structure of a motorcycle starter motor. It is durable and reliable in high-temperature, high-vibration environments such as engines and transmissions.
The motor can be rotated in forward and reverse by changing the voltage applied to the positive and negative electrodes.
It is an airtight single unit, which increases the degree of freedom when mounting it to the vehicle body.

It is used widely for DCTs, transmissions, and CVTs.

This is a direction indicator (turn signal light) and width indicator (position light). It includes a hazard function that blinks both sides at the same time for emergencies.

[ Features ]

Because the light source is an LED, it is compact and lightweight.
Using our unique lens-cut shape design technology, we were able to achieve the luminosity standard stipulated by law with a single LED.
Our special lens welding method gives a much better appearance than conventional methods.
Based on our unique lighting control technology, it can be mounted to the valve-type turn signal body harness as is, making it easy to replace with the valve-type turn signal.

Using our unique lens-cut shape design technology, it is possible to design the optimal lens cut according to the installation position, allowing a wide range of installation positions to be considered.

This can be used as an EV drive system for a wide range of applications including drive systems for two-wheeled EVs.

[ Features ]

Three-specification motors make it possible to control “drive, regeneration, forward, and reverse” as needed. It maintains high performance due to the high output density motor and highly efficient controller.
Two methods are available: inverter operation according to the torque command from the vehicle ECU, and independent operation based on input from various sensors.

[ Selling Point ]

Motors are center-mounted. We also offer side-mounted models for low- to medium-output specifications.
High output is achieved via air cooling, which helps make the system simple, lightweight, and inexpensive.
For low to medium output specifications, it can be mounted to the side.
