Low-profile Driving System

[ Functions ]

This is a compact and lightweight, low-profile driving system that provides a stable drive force and assist force for a wide range of applications including AGVs, AMRs, assist devices, and service robots.

[ Features ]

This is a low-profile, lightweight actuator with an integrated speed reducer.
One controller can be used to drive two actuators.
Thanks to the low friction torque, it can operate even without electricity.
It is equipped with a CAN communication function, so running drive control is possible from a higher-level ECU.

Simple mobility is easy to build.
This is a low-profile, lightweight actuator with an integrated speed reducer, so the mounting layout for moving vehicles is easy.
One controller can be used to coordinate driving for two motors, allowing steering to be controlled without complicated mechanisms.
Engineering tools with adjustable parameters allow you to freely configure the settings according to the usage purpose.
Safety functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent detection help reduce the risk of fire and smoke generation.

[ Features ]

This drive system has an efficiency of at least 90% over a wide operating range.
It incorporates a boost regeneration function for regeneration even on flat ground.

Mitsuba's eco-run drive system has been adopted by all top winning teams at EV eco-run races.
The set includes the motor and controller, as well as operation switches so that the vehicle body can quickly get moving.
Our lineup includes direct drive motors with 100% transmission efficiency and motors for mounting small and lightweight reduction gears so you can build the optimal system according to the circuit course and your race plan.

Solar Car Products

This is a drive system for solar car races.

[ Features ]

It is a direct drive motor with a maximum system efficiency of 95% and a transmission efficiency of 100%.
Highly efficient regeneration is performed while suppressing heat generated from the motor.

[ Selling Point ]

Mitsuba's solar car drive system is used by top winning teams at solar car races in Japan and other countries.
It is a set that can run immediately by simply mounting it to a vehicle and adding tires and wheels.
The user setting function contains 15 items, so settings can be configured according to the race.
