Disclosure Policy

1Basic policy on information disclosure

The company implements fair, timely and accurate information disclosure to enable understanding and appropriate evaluation of the company by shareholders, investors and other stakeholders, and for the company to fulfill accountability and increase the transparency of management.
All executives and employees of the company and group companies observe this disclosure policy.

2Information disclosure standards

The company follows the timely disclosure rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange with regard to the disclosure of important information on decisions that would affect investment decisions, facts of occurrence, financial results, etc.
In addition, the company also conducts information disclosure more fairly, promptly and on a wider basis with regard to information to which the timely disclosure rules do not apply in order to respond to the requests of shareholders, investors and other stakeholders. We do not disclose personal information, customer information, or other information that would infringe the rights of related parties.

3Information disclosure methods

For the disclosure of important information to which the timely disclosure rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange apply, we register the information on the TDnet System provided by the exchange in accordance with the rules. After registration, the same information is provided promptly to news organizations and the same information is also posted on the company’s website.
In addition, the company also disclose positively and fairly any information to which the timely disclosure rules do not apply that the company has judged to be useful for the investment decisions of shareholders and investors.

4Silent period

In order to prevent the leakage of financial results information and ensure fairness, the company refrains from answering questions or providing comments on its financial results during the period from the day following the end of each quarterly fiscal period until the date of the announcement of financial results, as a silent period with regard to the financial results. However, even during this silent period, if there is a significant difference between the forecast and actual results, the company will make appropriate announcements in accordance with the timely disclosure rules.

5Future outlook

Of the information disclosed by the company, items of information other than that concerning past or present facts are future predictions based on the future outlook determined by the company at the time of disclosure, as well as its strategies and plans. Please understand that these future predictions contain risks, uncertain elements and other factors that may make actual outcomes and results different to that outlook.
