Mitsuba has set up production and supply systems overseas to produce our products closer to where our customers are, and to support them globally.
To accommodate the needs of our customers with quality, cost, and short lead-time, Mitsuba established integrated manufacturing systems that cover all production operations, including material processing such as press working and machining, surface treatment such as plating and heat-treating, plastic forming, electronic substrate assembly, and motor system assembly.
Mitsuba responds to an extensive range of customers' needs through our diverse product lines, from motors to automobile components such as relays, horns, and lamps.
Furthermore, in order to keep strengthening the competitiveness of our products, we are promoting production innovation, TP management and small group activities. One of the milestones in our TPM efforts is winning the Award for World-Class TPM Achievement at the Niisato Plant. We are committed to implementing further improvements to our manufacturing structures at each base.
Mitsuba's technology for manufacturing pursues both evolution and tradition through manufacturing technical committees, core technology education, and vocational training schools. These activities also cultivate the personal growth of employees.
Our everyday efforts include thorough waste elimination, based on our definition of what is wasteful as "something that does not cause change."
To deliver the world's best products, Mitsuba plants will continue progressing with its original brand, technologies, and engineering.
