Deriving from the strong adherence of the founder of Mitsuba to "create our own production lines," Mitsuba continues to develop its own production equipment and tools, including digitally-controlled automated processing machines, assembly machines, testers, and the majority of molds.

To support such efforts, we promote streamlined development through the use of CAD/CAM and CAE, along with a database of proprietary design know-how when developing our facilities and molds.

Mitsuba also combines IT technology and knowledge for production system development and constantly pursues rationalized production through efforts such as building flexible production lines. This takes place alongside the development of parts processing technology that aims at faster processing speed and cost reduction---Thoroughgoing "production without waste" is our goal.

Mitsuba also realized optimal production on a global scale by developing region-specific equipment and introducing production systems that are enhanced by the strengths of each region. For Mitsuba's production network, spread across the Americas, Europe, China and other Asian countries, to fully function, the technology for production is playing a greater role year by year.

Through intensified production engineering, we will endeavor to develop new products with improved quality.
