| In order to make the work place as safe and secure as possible for our female employees, MITSUBA has established an on-site child-care facility called "Ohi-sama Garden" in April 2007. The basic concept of Ohi-sama Garden is to serve as a “home away from home” where infants can learn and develop in a safe and abundant environment. |
